Ive stopped here a number of times since opening a couple yeyesterday i spent $60 on papers, nothing fancy just standard cut jucy jay, no gold, no Benjamin's, and no cellulose for sale, everything is extremely over priced and basic af here, there is hardly any glass to look at and the glass you see is all about the lable not about style or function, bro i can sell you nicer straight toobs for $20 and i can get them in all sizes, they wont have a brand name on them but they will work just as well, then for the outrageous prices you have i can go buy name brand glass thats actually nice. What is nice, how about scientific glass? What about bone glass, can i get glass with some real thickness, do you know what a percolator is, how about an inline, turbine or wagonwheel, cuz you only have a handful of percolators on your shelf that arent just a standard downstem, how am i gona pay over $20 for that? your boys wana talk like they have a clue but they dont know the glass on the market last month let alone the glass available 5years ago. Cmon. Every time ive had to come here i replace my whole concentrate reclaim system cuz they wont have a dome, nail, bucket, chem clip, silicone collector cap....please i thought this was a smoke shop ive literally purchased more glass at better prices at the sunoco by misericordia college. The owner is a nice guy but the staff sucks. Anything with a manufacturer warranty is bullshit, anyone who wants to contest that can give me $140 for my atmos kiln that never worked. As someone who bought glass here let me inform you thats a mistake, everything ive purchased here i was able to find later for less than 1/5th the price later, and now you dont even stock glass that i would buy anymore, i havent seen 1 pice in the last year that wasnt basic bullshit, its all about that label. So if your ok with dropping $100+ for a sticker this is your place. Me, personally im going elsewhere for papers now too. Also to your $30cheap slide i do want you to know when i got home i bought a box of 15 slides with a bonus 2 slides for $11 after shipping & tax.....oh and the slides i got will all be borosilicate glass.....spend your money how you want i dont think i will find it economic to return here after considering my previous experiences here and the general marketplaces. For 50% or more off your entire purchase go anywhere else. If you think thats harsh im probably being modest & i feel the same way about your gouging and lack of knowledge. I don't normally believe in advertising a different company in a review because I believe it causes readers to believe i have an unfair bias, but today im throwing yall a bone: go to one stop smoke shop instead or go to primal or their sister shop: This is what real selection and knowledgeable staff looks like. The prices are more than what i pay today cuz i know how to order my glass internationally; but if you must go in person, you now know who i would go to. Hella props to primal for competing with some online shops and offering plenty of knowledgeable options and leaning on nearby and sister shops inventory to get me the glass i want now. Primal has really blown me away everywhere but price every time i go in. One stop is the brick and mortar for cheap quality glass, and dont let them fool you they know their merchandise, have pictures of whatever you need, they dont English well. Sorry to burn Illadelph on their review but when you set up like holy smokes to take advantage of new smokers/customers you already knew your commerce model doesnt support return customers.
