I found J Spot neither dirty or smelly but it is very cluttered with inventory. I don't go to a place like this expecting a spotless sales floor and the smell of freshly picked flowers, I go for the huge selection of novelties, fireworks and headgear which in many cases is priced well below other retailers. I also prefer to spend my money at family owned establishments like J Spot as opposed to the chain stores.
