I go there for gas on the way to the Lewiston/Queenston Bridge. You can expect the best local price for gas - if you go to the "we serve" pumps out front where you pay cash. I have also used my credit card on the self-serve (it costs more) and have never had a problem with the card or the gas. The restaurant looks like a good place for breakfast. On your way there, stop at Hoover's in Sanborn for ice cream. Jay's is within the Tuscarora Reservation and has some tax exemptions that keep prices reasonable. The best deal is on propane refills.
