I was hesitant to order after reading so many bad reviews, but I decided to give them a shot. I ordered online and though it started off a little rough, it became a good experience. My online order would not go through .and the total was not matching. I made a call to the customer service line and the gentleman helped me get through it. After about a 10 minute conversation a problem solving he was able to process my order and apply the special coupon I was trying to use. He also provided me another $20 off on top of it for my troubles. I received my package three days later. Exactly on schedule for the tracking provided. My order was correct, the cigars were fresh and smoked great. I will be ordering from them again. And hope that my experiences continue to be positive as I become a JR cigars member.
