I cannot stress enough that this business needs their contract cancelled with UPS and pave the way for an ethical and smart ownership to take up the UPS Access Point Contract. Beware.. use another UPS access point to prevent these crooks from stealing and lying to you and continuing doing business in our neighborhood. My experience was just like so many other reviews stating how Latin Envios lied about packages, were rude, and give you false story after false story about how they don't take drop-offs or they have deliberately or mistakenly misplaced or stole your package. UPS IS AWARE AND WILL HOPEFULLY CANCEL THEIR CONTRACT WITH THIS ROTTEN BUSINESS.
