Every time i go here it seem to be a problem with the product i buy and i understand things happen, i was in the area and decided to try my luck with them so i got my posh and i asked if i can open it and hit it real quick to make sure it was okay the guy working said sure so i proceeded to open it and hit it I realized it wasnt the favor i was used to for that particular Vape flavor i alway buy so i told the man something is wrong with my vape, I wasn't looking for a refund just to exchange it out for another one well the man told me no and I explained to him that I always buy the same flavored Vape and something is wrong with it well he proceeded to argue with me and told me nothing was wrong with it and that he can't do anything about it and that if he gives me another one it'll probably be the same way I understand their is a chance that it might be the same way and if it was then cool I'll go some somewhere else no problem, this was the only tobacco store that wasn't willing to exchange a default product so I asked for the manager and he told me "I am the manager" which honestly he probably was not the manager but the only employee working so again I understand. I still had one or two more hits in my old Vape so I ran to my car and gave the man my old Vape and told him I was not crazy he agreed that it was different but still did not do anything about it. The People are nice but the customer service sucks and I will not go here anymore and for it to be Indiana they tax like Cook County Illinois.
