I used to come to this shop all the time, same two brothers that run the shop have always been so kind UNTIL recently (post-pandemic "them" has been the worsttttttt). They have a great selection of things but I don't know, customer service has been off and unappealing as of lately. This might be the millionth time I couldn't return something that was faulty on THEIR end and they give some made up excuse as to why their reasoning is law. Swishers too stale and cracking? Customers fault and no exchanges. Shit breaks or doesn't work? Customers fault without resolution. Hookah has a crack when you open the box? Oh that was done on purpose to get over. Vape box doesn't work and the buttons stick? Too bad, shouldn't have bought it here. Today was another issue like many from the past and will be the last time I let them take my money. I purchased a Nic pen (3% Ezee Peach Pineapple Apple) and the first one did not work... kinda like an empty one was in the box, the light didn't even flare. LUCKILY I was able to get another one (walked out walked right back in). This was exchanged for the same flavor, checked before I walked out... all was fine. In less than 40 minutes the second one is acting the same. I came BACK to the store, offered to pay the difference to get something else or another flavor and was told no. I called the Ezee distribution company to address the issue and they asked for the Shops name and so it was provided. I was unable to give the owners name because I did not know them. Something about they are supposed to make sure they warn Ezee about faulty vapes (since they are linked to deaths) and to just.... Not go here again because they aren't following the rules. Agreed. The rebuttal I received was "we can only exchange it once and cannot give credit towards something else" I then asked "even if it's not working properly?" He gave me a nervous laugh and proceeded to stock whatever he was stocking in order to avoid me... telling me no I cannot get an exchange on an item THEY sold me that does not work, at all. All I wanted was another flavor. Would have even paid the difference, as mentioned IT JUST DOES NOT WORK. But how is that my fault? Weird. So now, I have to scrap this one and go to ANOTHER shop that I can feel comfortable spending my moment in. It's crazy. Been going here for three years. They just aren't the same anymore. Sad about it. Update: went back in to ask for their names to give the agent I spoke with and was YELLED at and called a liar. I was told that I am lying about their products and that the "owner" from Ezee comes in twice a week to drop off their products and that they need "proof" of it being unauthentic. He became really unglued after I asked for a number, therefore; I know I'm just in feeling the way I feel. There is no way a MAN should be yelling at a WOMAN that he barely even knows. The disrespect that comes from the TALLER one is overwhelming. Complete frauds!!!!
