Well this is unfortunate but this is the second time that we know. My wife recently forgot her cell on the counter, after going back for it 5mn later they have no clue and won't look at security cameras. They were rude and short. First time this happened my mother in law did the same last year and same result. Just fyi don't leave any valuables their because most likely they'll stay with it.
