I Please read to the end... I've been coming here for years. Buying a few cigars here and there. After a few visits, one of the workers/owners started following me into the walk in humidor. I figure maybe they got ripped off a couple of times, so I thought nothing of it. So, I came in the LAST time and I greeted the only guy there and was not greeted very warmly. No big deal, maybe he didn't recognize me, maybe he was having a bad day (NBD). I waited for help, I had questions but he just laid back. I was the only one there until another customer came in. The owner/worker went straight to the other customer, and totally ignored me the 1st one there. Not what I call good service. So I walked out never to return, he never said "I'll be right with you or have a nice day. Buy the way:I'm a 61 year old brown skinned man. The other customer was a white lady maybe in her 30's, wearing yoga pants. Seriously dude. So blatant. She may (or may not) have spent more than me that day,but he will loose hundreds of dollars in the future. Here this guy is seemingly profiling me, and he's not even white. WTF. I was very turned off, and thought I should bring this to someone's attention.
