This is a horrible store. The ladies in there are nice and very friendly. But the store owner does not care about customer service. I bought an expensive vape box and batteries. The vape box does not charge. I brought the device back and explained. The nice lady got the store owner on the phone and explained the I was sold a defective device and his words were "that's just the way it is." That is completely acceptable!!
