this store is a joke and i just reported them to the lottery they will take your money all day long but if you win on those scratchers they conveniently don't have the cash to pay you the winnings wether it's 50 bucks or 100! i bought a scratcher for 20 bucks i won 100 but guess what!!! they don't have the money to pay me! if you don't wanna pay people the winnings then don't sell the scratchers! and no it's not the first time they have said that B.S story about not having money to pay! they just don't wanna pay it out and wait for lotto to pay them back! so yes you guys have been REPORTED!
