I try to support all neighborhood businesses, and although I'm a solid customer of Smokey's Vape and smoke shop which is just a few blocks away on 34th and Halsted, because of a much better and wider selection of name brand merchandise, I stopped in Mario's Vape shop one day looking for a new lighter, and the owner steered me to a rather cheap looking Virtigo brand line of lighters, and the owner told me that they came with an unlimited lifetime guarantee, as long as you had the original receipt, And I was told I could trade it back or upgrade with no problems and get free lifetime refills! I should've known that when something sounds too good to be true! It isn't true. And I went to trade my lighter and was told that I'd have to spend more on gas and come back on the morning and talk to the owner! I told them I wasn't available for mornings, the young guy behind the counter is usually friendly, but it's a new girl working their and he got very rude, it's also a security guard on-site, obviously they cheat a lot of people and need to have a security guard there. Bottom line is that Smokey's shop is killing them, and everything that Mario's sells is three to twenty dollars higher than average prices, and they try to make up by cheating the few customers that do happen to come in, this place is always empty and Smokey's is always full. Don't take my word for it, see for yourself. A liar is someone who steals the truth, and Mario's owner and employees lie for financial gain. Glass screens costs three dollars for one at Mario's, pipes costs ten to twenty dollars more than the same pipes at Smokey's, and I gave the lowdown lying owner a fifty dollar chunk of Gelato hashish to welcome them to the neighborhood! My advice is to steer clear of Mario's! They will lie cheat and rob you! YES THATS WHAT I SAID! Andre Catdaddy Taylor Entertainer/Producer/Cancer Survivor and Toker.
