i recently went to this market to cash in on some az lottery scratch cards when i reached the window the man wrking informs that if any of the tickets that are given to him are scanned and show that they are not a winner that he would charge $1.00 for each one that non winner so i knew i had 2 for sure winner but on my $25 ticket i was unsure but due to the mattter i didnt get to check it because i was not paying a dollar for somene to check a ticket especially when it his job what a lazy muth***** that guy is little short man who always has a stick to high up there and needs to check himself he is not better than the ground we walk on with a personality like that
