I bought a vape and within 5 minutes I tried it and it tasted completely burnt. So I called to tell them and they said no refund or exchange policy. Which is ridiculous I have had the same thing happen and other smoke shops exchanged without a question. So now I'm out $30 because they are greedy. Don't recommend this place at all!
