Went in here today and the staff didn't seem to know much! The older guy behind the counter seemed like serving me was a chore and the woman behind the other counter couldn't tell if the electric insert I wanted for my Zippo was even electric. They weren't very helpful, so I left. Amazon got my money today instead!
