It actually makes me sad to write this. Been shopping here for over 2 years now. I believe in supporting local small business, but after today I will NEVER shop Here again! I purchased a new cigarette making machine 2 days ago to replace my 5 year old Zig-Zag machine that had simply worn out. They do not carry the Z.Z. brand so I purchased the Premier Brand instead. Got home and tried it out, It was Terrible! Hard to use and does not pack the tubes properly. I almost took it right back, but knew I was going into town today, so I waited. When I brought it back in the Owner was the one working, not his brother who had sold it to me. I explained to him that the machine did not work properly and asked him if I could simply exchange it for one of the other 2 models that are actually closer to the same style I had before. (Both are less expensive by a buck or two from the one I purchased). He refused. So I said; Than I would like my money back. He refused again. So... I guess I will be buying my Tobacco and Accessories down the hill and SAVE the Mountain Prices. Sad that a small business does NOT stand by the product they sell. I have exchanged Items at Wal-Mart even without a receipt. I guess some businesses Appreciate Regular business from Loyal Customers? Not Here!!! Bye, bye Mountain Tobacco!!!
