I when in to get some pipe tobacco and I ask the young man that appeared to work there if they had a certain kind of tobacco and told me you look for it. One of the customers and I started looking for it ( both of us didn't have our glasses ) we finally found it and I also ask for pipe cleaners he said you get them they are over there. Lastly I ask for a bag to put my purchase in and he just shoved the receipt in the tobacco bag. I will not be back to this store anymore.
