I have been a customer at Mr. Smoke since they opened. Their employees have always been great to work with and their selection is good. I purchased a vape from their store and it broke the next week. I went back to the store to see about exchanging it and was told that they could not take it back. It had been one week and one day. They told me I would have to contact the manufacturer. I tried to tell them that I did not want my money back that I was just going to do an exchange and I was actually going to buy another vape for a friend at the same time. They still refused which I think is horrible customer service. I'm an established customer, they could verify that I had purchased it there a week prior and they still would not even consider it. They have lost a customer because I don't want to risk buying anything else from that store without knowing that the store backs the product. I also refer most of my friends to that store but will no longer do that.
