I bemoaned the fact that, though she sold Carnival cigarettes, she didn't sell menthols, which is what I smoke. She started carrying them just for my husband and I (he smokes them, too). She charges a reasonable price for them, too! Now that's service! Don't shop at that OTHER store (you know the one) where they don't know the meaning of customer service.
