So happy to be the first review so people know to Stay away! Shoddy workmanship and worse service. My office is around the corner and I stopped there to get a replacement charger for my vape. I was charged 5.99. Well it immediately cracked in the car but worked well enough. Since I was on lunch break I didn't think much of it. The next morning , it didn't work at all so I went back that days lunch break WITH A RECEIPT to request a refund/exchange and pay the difference on a new vape pen instead. When I walked in there an explained that I was gonna just get a new one but I wanted my measly five dollars off , the rep nodded but I went to the register and he rang it up normally. That's strike one. When I explained again, he stated that if it was inop he'd pay for it but "me breaking it" should not constitute a refund. Fair enough but I countered by asking if they normally break within a day. There was no rebuttal so I assumed my point was made. Yet being a cheap asshole, he said he'd take three dollars off. This is strike two. I don't enjoy haggling and this caused me to lose my temper. I told him I worked around the corner and he could do that but I was going to tell literally everyone I could about this experience and the shoddy workmanship. At last I got my five dollars off and a bonus condescending comment. This man said I should have been nicer. I'm including that portion because I asked him nicely multiple times and I felt like I had to cause a scene to really be heard. I would not recommend this place at all. If you want a generic smoke shop these things are a dime a dozen so just skip this one. Rude and terrible stuff.
