So my fiancee have only been here about three times. Our first time be bought two ecigs and a drink. Both ecigs worked and we had no issue. Second time around, We bought the same stuff but one of the ecigs didn't work. We went inside and were given a new ecig, and the owner was apologetic and kind about the incident. Today, we went in to go get two ecigs, and one didnt work. My fiancee went in and the employee was very rude and at first refused to give him a new one. After my fiancee asked him to call the owner, he reluctantly gave him a new one. She exchanged some rude words and my fiancee asked him if he wanted to talk about the issue outside. The employee stormed out and said something along the lines of "you wanted me outside so here i am!" Another woman outside started talking to tge employee about how half the stuff she bought wasnt working. At that point the employee banned us from the store. Completely out of pocket. Dont go here!! More than one account of them selling busted things. 11/10 recommend V.I.P TOBACCO AND VAPOR by triangle towne center. Great employees who are willing to exchange busted products in a heart beat. I shop with them ffrequent and have never gotten anything broken.
