I bought a fairly cheap roller, here and did not end up liking the product. I came in for a return or even to exchange it. They were unwilling to help me out in anyway because it was used. How do you expect me to see if I like the product if I'm not even able to try it. I tried it once and was not satisfied. This was a $4 product! and they did nothing to remedy such a small purchase. They do not care about customer satisfaction.
