Listen, if no stars were an option, I would of chosen it gladly. Firstly, it takes a lot for me to sit and write about the lack of service provided from a local shop in my area. A few weeks prior to this post, I invested in a vape pen for my cartridges. I was given a referral to visit this shop but to be careful on what pen I should purchase since the store owner "Omar" and his son that he lets delegate business and service tend to over charge and try to rip people off. A friend recommend a specific pen that they did not have, so the advice provided from the owner Omar was my best option. Omar offered me a "Law" brand pen that sits behind their register which I assume is their push item. I asked if they had anything under 20 in which Omar offered the unit for $15. Minutes later Omar son whose is extremely disgusting and rude rung me up for the device for $20. After he rung me up I mentioned how it was the wrong price. His son said oh well I heard $20 instead of $15 and that the decide is usually 30 so $15 is enough. I left with a horrible taste in my mouth, but at least I received the device ". What did I do to deserve this. So the last two days, my pen did stop pulling and it's only been a few weeks. I cleaned it, changed cartridges, charged it and still no response. After going back to Omar's to see if they would exchange it for free or a slight different in price, I was introduced with pure sarcasm where they said it has nothing to do with them and if I had an issue that I should of retuned it on day one (when no issue existed). A friend did warn me about the unit, but I took the word of the owner just for weeks later for it to fail on me. When I told the owner Omar about the service and just pushing it aside he said "Leave my store, get out of here" I offer the best service and I don't need someone like you in my store. His son laughed at it, after I told him I will have the place inspected for its conditions and lack of health restrictions since the owners don't wear mask at all and now the service is also poor. I left with shock, and disrespect. They made me feel that my service was not needed. Moral of the story, like my friend said once and now I say it twice. Don't buy at Omar's Smoke Shop, they do not back products because according to them their not a "factory". according to them they test every product before display which is unsanitary and a lie due to the thousands of pieces. The worst is not receiving the service you expect and deserve and then on top of that being treated like an outkast for expecting this. "This is a personal experience and is not meant for defamation of the business" As I walked out and warned other shoppers, all they could do is shake their head as the owners laughed. The problem is their not being held tor their services and actions and something needs to be done.
