Store clerk was unhelpful and rude. I called to inquire if they had a specific bourbon (Buffalo Trace) in stock. I also tried to ask if they didn't have that bourbon in stock, was it possible to come in and order it. The clerk responded, "No" and then hung up on me. I understand if a store is busy, and as a caller I need to be put on hold. I also understand if I'm told I need to come into the store. I do not believe it's a good business practice to not let a calling customer finish their sentence before interrupting them, saying "no", and then abruptly hanging up the phone.
