The only reason this is a 2 and not a 1 is because the location is convenient. I have been going here for years and have always had friendly service from a lady there and that made the higher than average prices ok. This week I went in and a guy who I've seen before was sitting on the couch lounging w no mask and kept it off until I walked up to pay. He didn't great me or say a word to me until he handed me my cigars after paying and simply said "there ya go". No hello, thank you - like I was inconveniencing him by patronizing his store. I was the only person in the place the entire transaction. I will not return after shopping there for years.
