I came in a few days later when I opened it and realized the problem, and the guy at the store worked with me despite the fact it had been a few days since purchase. Many smoke shops will refuse returns even moments after purchase, so the fact that he took me seriously and offered me a replacement was amazing. I wasn't able to get exactly the same product, but I felt it was fair because I know many people try to scam and that is why returns are not usually offered. Thank you!
