The store itself is cool. Although I found it sort of weird they had socks locked up in a glass case. What I wasn't impressed with is the employees product knowledge. I went in to replace my Lookah Seahorse. The guy that worked there handed me a lookah box and said this is their newest model. As in the newest Seahorse PRO. I happily purchased what I thought would be a new & improved seahorse. That is not at all what happened. Instead he sold me a totally different apparatus called the Sting Ray. The seahorse is an electronic honey straw or nectar collector. The stingray is an electronic rig. THESE THINGS ARE NIGHT & DAY!! The sting ray uses & wastes tons of expensive concentrate. Like 3-5 times what you need is burned & wasted. The seahorse barely uses any of your concentrate and it hits great plus you get the benefit of the reclaim collection that u can use to vape, smoke or make edibles with. THESE 2 PRODUCTS COULD NOT BE MORE DIFFERENT!! If you wanna have a portable electronic rig that burns tons of your shatter, wax, sand, sugar, crumble, oil etc and wastes lots of product and gives you a half of a hit I suggest throwing your money away on a sting ray. If you're into making the most out of what you have... THE SEAHORSE IS THE BEST PRODUCT ON THE MARKET! THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO KNOW THEIR PRODUCTS. THEIR EMPLOYEE'S LACK OF KNOWLEDGE COST ME $175 in wasted product and a useless device!! Thanks guys!
