Spent $30 on a cartridge I hate that's one of their own brands. No return, no exchange, no store credit. Even with my valid receipt. Very $hitty policy if you ask me, especially when it's my first time ever shopping with them and buying this particular product. Don't shop here. There are other shops that will allow returns and exchanges because they understand integrity which this company does not. Associate tried to offer a 10% discount which was dumb as hell because now I think all your products suck so why would I buy again? Also what the hell 10% gonna do? Not a damn thing.
