The troll who says she's the owner is miserable. has the typical attitude of an ugly woman. I have some sympathy because she is a trifecta " Old fat AND ugly" but still no reason to treat customers bad. I used to spend over $300/month there and will never spend another penny there, I will quit or pay full price somewhere else. only one losing is her, and I don't mean weight.
