I received great assistance from a very helpful Jaden one week prior to calling about a defective puffco Peak atomizer which , let me be clear, I haven't used and only bought one week prior. I had to explain my situation to three different employees and then to the assistant manager who was also no help. Since I'm not in the habit of throwing $50 bills in the garbage, I pressed on. How is reluctantly told they do not exchange that type of product, however the manager couldn't tell me what classification that type of product was. Now I have a broken atomizer and no way to replace it, as I look for the owner contact information I am fighting the urge to call BBB. They will help if asked. .. Tim T.... WB
