I went into this Vape store after calling multiple locations looking for a proper disposable vape and they had the best customer service. I worked with spencer & will who both were knowledgeable and honest about the products. They have really great pricing on disposable vapes, juices, glass & kratom. I purchased two tugpods. I had a great experience. They didn't try to force sell me anything and were productive with multi-tasking side work of inventory and greeting any new customers coming in. That why was very welcoming as an environment and the store was clean, well laid out with organization and definitely the best experience I've had at any Vape store that I've been to, and I've personally been to +- 27 or so different vape locations over the years. If I had a question, they knew the answer, and if I didn't wanna certain flavor, they had a proper answer. I only write reviews when I feel that they are well deserved and these two gentlemen have made me a new customer for life. Are used to frequent Vapor Vortex, but they are no longer in business if you are familiar with them. I definitely recommend this location because the owner knows how to make a newcomer feel at ease, not feel stupid about asking questions and they are well-stocked and very knowledgeable even if it's a product they don't carry.
