Awful. Went to the store this morning to buy a pen and it did not work when I got home. So, I went back to the store thinking I could at least get a replacement since I bought it a couple hours ago. However, the guy was straight up rude. Accused me of not buying the pen in the store that morning without even asking for the receipt, which I showed him moments later. And after that, there was still no change in both of the employees rude tone and they were not help in finding me a replacement, so I went to another store right down the road. I will never go here again.
