The place is great and has a good selection of choices and since it was my first time coming there I needed help navigating around. The employee didn't come out until after 3 minutes when she realized I was just standing there watching her just sitting and on her phone and instead of welcoming or helping I'm asked "how did you get in here?" And confused I said, "through the door that's unlocked, assuming you guys are opened." She seemed very confused and potentially under the influence. At the end of the day I received no help and walked out with the wrong flavor and a bit confused as well
