This store is on 15th st. in Hazleton. The Owner / Manager customer service was the worst. I bought a defective electronic device that burned out after a few hours of use. I tried to return it within a few days (With Receipt). He gave me a hard time and I left feeling RIPPED OFF! Puffs N Pics does not back the products they sell. That's not how we do business in the U.S. Customers are always right! After spending $32.99 I found out the retail price is $21.97. I was taken advantage of and Ripped Off! All I asked for was an Exchange!
