QMart in Bremerton has some of the best prices around. For my wife and I, our 2 cartons cost $170. Definitely not a bad price! Local gas stations sell her packs for $10+ and I can get them at QMart for just over $7. I only buy cigarettes at the store, so I can't really comment on anything else, but this is the only place I buy smokes now that I've moved into the area. Staff is always friendly and courteous, too!
