I had a very bad experience! I went in looking for a tobacco injecting machine. I showed the guys picture and explain everything. I ended up with a cone filler which they said it would work with cigarettes. Got home the Machine was too big to fit around my cigarettes. It made me feel played that I believed them. There policy is no exchanges no refunds. I called to see what I can do the man just said I can't help you. Just to warn you these people don't know what they are selling! This was in Lafayette Louisiana's location.
