Went in 3 different times for a glass downstem for my piece, just about 100 pieces on the wall to display but no downstems. Was told to come back which I did twice, still nothing in stock (was told they wld be). When I voiced my frustration about this and asked if I cld buy a one out of the pieces since they had massive overstock (on pieces that don't move because they are so overpriced), I was told by the grown Dexter's laboratory look alike that had literally just walked up from the back of the shop "we don't do that". Attitude was horrible, shop is always dirty, Customer service is some of the worst I have seen... will not ever go back!!!
