I just came to visit Redmond from another city. There aren't many shops around here that sell the product that I want. I bought an overpriced apple ice puff plus and when I opened it in the car, I noticed that it was spelled "aprle" on the actual product. It was also completely burnt on the first hit. I called the store back to see if I could get an exchange or a refund and the worker just kept brushing it off and denying what was wrong.
