Been here NUMEROUS times. Love it. But, I give it 3 because I've only met 1 friendly staff member. To me in a shop like this, the staff members need to be talkative and friendly if you want people to buy their products in store. I'm still a customer just because I really love everything else about the shop. Very clean, nice setup, good vibe and aesthetic. I'm also not a fan of this shops owner/manager. He overpriced me items I get cheaper anywhere else, including his own shop. Wish the staff was better.
