Went to Richs Cigar Store on SW Alder. I spoke to Bill Shindler and told him. I'm not educated on cigars and needed a Connecticut wrapped cigar. I'm willing to spend X amount per cigar and would like a variety of five. He replies no problem. I was just amazed watching Bill navigate his way around the store to find my cigars. So many cigars and Bill wasted no time finding and putting together a fabulous gift box for me. It was truly an enjoyable experience ! I can't say enough about Bill's knowledge and professional abilities to do his job. Fabulous experience.
