Bad customer service, came into the shop to get a vape tank replaced because the other shop where we bought it was further away. Assumed since it was the same company, they would honor it at any location. Sadly when we came in, there was someone else in front of us being serviced. We waited, then another customer came in while we were waiting. After the first customer was done, the staff member went to the new customer that just came in, shipping us all together. Great way to make your customers feel welcomed. After waiting for the staff member to finish with that customer, we were next, we were told that they don't do replacements, returns, or refunds and that the staff member there "didn't make the rules". Ok, that's fine, to first ignore us completely, then tell us no one is willing to take responsibility for selling us the wrong vape tank. Good to know, won't be doing any business here in the future. Really wanted to like this place, sincerely, but it seems being rude is just not with this store, but in their other stores too.
