I had a question so I just called the store. I asked to speak to the manager and the guy who answered said, how can I help you. I said ok you're the manager, what is your name? So he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the manager and he hung up on me a second time! I have always been taught to ask for names when having a conversation with someone. This person had no etiquette and was extremely rude. Just lost a customer and yes I will be making people aware so that they don't get treated like this.
