Much better experience this time around. I will never call out people by name or appearance when there is a bad experience. I would prefer to help businesses and people. I will mention people by name or appearance when they do a good job. Victoria was friendly, patient, and efficient. That's what customer service is all about. However, this is a very pretentious area, so I know employees go through a lot. I would never make it. So, props to those who are capable of smiling even after dealing with rudeness.
