The review that says "must go when in the Berkshires" has to be a friend or family member . Started going to this establishment when they first opened. Supported them with business when they were in a small location on main st in great Barrington. I had approached the owners regarding carrying handmade products I created. To my face they acted interested and gave me a number to contact them at. I proceeded to respectfully reach out regarding our conversation many times to no avail. Never got a response at all . A simple "thanks we aren't interested",would have sufficed . I have even subsequently gone into their larger new store and have found the owners and employees to be inattentive, aloof, and rather insincere. The owners are not friendly unless you are spending a bunch of money. Otherwise they could not care less. Run by opportunistic folks just trying to cash in on the "Canbabis Craze" . If you need glassware I recommend you go directly to "Ozzies Gallery" in Lee, mass. He is an glass artist and you can watch him work in the studio and buy a pipe among other things.
