I went in to buy a torch and bought the cheapest one they had. It was definitely shitty as expected but it literally did not work at all. I try to go back in and switch it out no problem. I was looking at the other torches and one of the bottom pieces popped off while i was holding it. seemed like no problem. i switched the torch out and left. I got back in the car to realize this torch literally doesn't work at all. My mom goes in to try to buy me one of the torches that i broke on ACCIDENT, and the employee completely came at her accusing me of breaking the torch on purpose. And then has the nerve to ask my mm to leave. this used to be my favorite smoke shop but that was the shittiest customer service of my life.
