I'd have to say that The staff at SiP is knowledgeable enough to help someone that is new to smoking cigars and will show them the best cigar for them. I started off at the Morgan Hill Cigar Club in Morgan Hill, Ca before moving to Decatur in 2015. There are only two things that I have noticed that someone may say they don't like or say something negative about and they are 1. The last time I was there they didn't have the stock they usually have in the Humidor. I'd say to those don't be harsh or speak poorly of them. Remember we are all dealing with this COVID and people have not been out like they were in the past. So understand also that some suppliers haven't been shipping because they to have been short staffed. 2. I'd say that when someone comes into the establishment great them and ask them if they have been there before. If they answer No, this opens the door and conversation to ask if they are new to smoking cigars or are they a seasoned smoker. This is how it started for me when I entered the cigar club back in California and they showed me their selection of milid cigars and told me about each maker. It's also a perfect way for they to help the ladies that come by looking to get something for their Significant other. This place is the best place in Decatur for your cigar needs.
