This place is a joke. $30+ dollars for 3 E-CIgs to take on business trip. Bought on Saturday none of the three worked on Sunday. Store will not address via refund or even discuss anything about it. Clerk called, (Mike) a manager who was rude to employee to the point he felt the need to apologize or the call and Mike wouldn't do a thing. Recommended I call Victory (manufacturer) directly.. Absolute ridiculous. This place is fraudulent and should be closed down. Lets see what BBB does with my complaint. Smoke 911 in Woodstock, GA, at least, should NOT be allowed to remain in business.
