I bought a new vape and was having problems with it leaking almost from the get go. I took it back in less than a week later to have them look at it. The gal that sold it to me was kind of rude when I went back in there. The gentleman working with her that day could give a crap less because it was his last day. Now mind you I am really huge on customer service and I left there without them fixing my issue with my vape. I did everything that the gal suggested and it still was leaking. I felt that they just did not want to deal with it. I told my husband that I would not go in for juice or anything else if I had to deal with those two individuals and be treated as if I was lying when they could clearly see what the problem was and had even mentioned the airflow being stuck almost completely shut. A few days later I went back in and said that they needed to do something to fix it. Billy and Jay were amazing. They replaced the tank and the coil and now it works great. No issues whatsoever. They were surprised that the people that helped me a few days earlier did not replace the tank or the coil as the airflow was not working and they knew this when they sent me out of the store that day. If you need excellent customer service and someone who will listen to what is going on and take the time to investigate and figure out the problem then Billy and Jay are who you want to go see! These two deserve a raise!!
