So I walked in there really to purchase some Whip cream chargers, keep in mind I am well over the age to purchase items legally. As I handed over my Id he keeps staring at it, and says he can't Accept my id because there's a layer of "film" over it. This is completely unacceptable and he needs to be punished for making false accusations. It's like you don't even want the money? and I know it's about the liability and not the money, BUT CAN HE PLEASE PUT SOME MORE EFFORT INTO CHECKING ? OR AT LEAST TO KNOW WHAT YOUR CHECKING FOR.!!!!!!! This took place around 10:55 pm Tuesday night June 21 2022. I don't know his name but right off the bad he was incredibly rude. I've never had this issue anywhere else and you can bet that I'm never going back to this smoke shop again. It was awful, and the employee are terrible and rude. I kept my mouth shut and walked out avoiding any conflict because it was late, and had just gotten off of work. 0/10 . their employees definitely need to be taught how to check identifications correctly. This was absolutely horrendous I hope that guy really learns his lesson. He's lucky I did not get the cops involved. the whole reason I did not is because I had sympathy for him closing the shop in 5 minutes.
