HORRIBLE customer service. I was wrong about one of my coils cause I didn't realize I had two different pods, the guy at the counter was an asshole. Not only did he try to belittle me and embarrass me he then tried to make me look like an idiot instead of just saying "Hey hon, I realize it's not the right one and sorry you didn't know" I would of purchased another one but I will never do business with them and to think we were going to have one of our products sold at their store. As a business owner I would of fired any of my employees who treated their customers that way. God don't like ugly. I wish him the best in whatever life he is living cause I don't see it being a bright one with how ugly and shitty his attitude was.
